YONNA, the classic cashmere sweater by Shellie Anderson

YONNA is an essential wardrobe staple, offered in both an elbow-length or full-length sleeve option. Starting with a waste yarn tubular cast on, the body is worked in the round from the bottom up, then divided at the armholes and worked flat to the shoulders. The sleeves are picked up at the armhole edge and the cap is shaped using German Short Rows. Remainder of the sleeves are worked in the round and finished with a tubular bind-off. This is an intermediate level project. Photos show the sweater in color scarlet.
