CUSTOMER SERVICE

We want our business to do good work at every stage -- from fair market value pay to shepherds, economic development in Kyrgyzstan, a transparent production chain utilizing small mills in Great Britain, and fairly compensated collaborations with pattern designers, to the experience our customers have in purchasing and making with our yarn. Excellent customer service is important to us and we can be reached with any concerns at info@junecashmere.com.

Ordering

 

Upon placement and payment of an order, customers receive a confirmation email. Our business is located in the state of Ohio. Customers living in Ohio are charged sales tax on their orders with us because state law requires sales taxes to be collected on in-state orders. Once the order is shipped, customers receive an additional email with a tracking number. June Cashmere reserves the right to cancel and refund any order, at any time, for any reason.

Shipping

Domestic orders ship for $5 or $10, depending on weight, via USPS 1st Class, Priority, or UPS service.

Canadian orders ship for $10 or $18, depending on weight, by USPS.

International orders. Please contact us at info@junecashmere.com so we can give you the shipping quote that USPS or DHL provides to us. We do not add additional fees onto the shipping quotes provided to us. However, import duties and taxes are not included in product prices or shipping quotes. These charges vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer. Deliveries returned to us for refusal to pay duties and taxes are not eligible for a refund. 

Incorrect Delivery Address or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for carrier deliveries to incorrect addresses or for stolen packages. The customer assumes responsibility for any mistakes made entering the shipping address.

Returns

We accept returns within 15 days of receipt of purchase by customer (4 weeks for international customers). Yarn must be returned in original condition. Once yarn has been accepted by June Cashmere for return, a refund for your purchase, minus the original shipping fees, will be posted to your form of payment. Yarn purchased at one of our stockists must be returned to that stockist per their return policies. To initiate a return, contact us at info@junecashmere.com.

Mishaps

If we make a mistake in your order fulfillment, we will work with you to quickly correct the error by emailing a return label to you and providing you with your replacement. Please contact us at info@junecashmere.com to initiate a correction.

If you believe that something is wrong with your purchase, please contact us at info@junecashmere.com so we can resolve the problem quickly. We require that you return your purchase for refund and will send you a return label to do so. We cannot issue refunds if your purchase is not returned to us.


HANDLING, CLEANING, & CARE

June Cashmere yarn, like any highest-quality cashmere yarn, has been minimally washed during production to provide wearability that lasts generations. Because of this, the garment you create with our yarn is not finished until you gently wash by hand. This allows the cashmere to begin to bloom and soften, a process that continues with wear and use. To wash, soak your product for ten minutes in cool water with a few drops of mild detergent or shampoo. Squeeze out the excess water by rolling in a towel, but do not rub or wring. Lay flat to dry.
